Shawn S. Lealos is an author from Norman, Oklahoma who worked as a journalist for over 25 years, a filmmaker for 20 years, and a professional film critic for the last 12.
Shawn’s first novel was Dollar Deal: The Story of the Stephen King Dollar Baby Filmmakers, where Shawn, a Dollar Baby filmmaker himself, interviewed 19 filmmakers who used the Stephen King Dollar Baby deal to move on to careers in the entertainment industry.
Shawn is now working on his first fiction novel about a police detective working in a world where superheroes are real.
